A Certified Integral Facilitator® and a Certified Immunity to Change® Coach, Nikki participates in ongoing professional development and collaboration. Having trained extensively under Diane Musho Hamilton (Ten Directions) and Harvard University researchers Robert Kegan and Lisa Lahey (Minds at Work), Nikki has ready access to some of the best and brightest minds in facilitation and developmental coaching.
Nikki earned a MS in Sociology from Utah State University. A Rotary Leadership Institute Facilitator, she is dedicated to service to her local and global community. Nikki co-founded Fix-Up Festival, an event that gathers more than 150 volunteers each year to provide critical repairs to low-income homeowners, and she has provided training and facilitation services to a number of local, regional and national non-profits.
